To whom it may concern.
I have known John Simmons for approximately 3 years now , I am a defence veteran that sought out John’s help as an advocate with DVA and CSC to help lodge claims.
It has been a very harrowing time for me, thankfully, John has been a rock to me during this period.
I previously had an advocate provided by the RSL that turned out to be unreliable, untrustworthy, and inept.He (RSL advocate) deleted some of my claims.Why?
I have a number of conditions physically and mentally sustained during my 15 years service in the RAAF, John has helped my with my claims achieve a positive outcome.
My time with John has been coupled with a tedious interaction with DVA and CSC, without his help I don’t think I could physically and mentally be here writing this today, his steadfastness, consistency, stalwart approach to pursuing the truth has been admirable.
The organisations aforementioned have lost, withdrawn, delayed, refused, condescended and lacked any real communication with me.
As my advocate , John helped me through trying times, pursuing claims and reviews, uncovering legislative truths hidden from me…….
I count John amongst my closest allies, an absolutely trustworthy man definitely in my corner, I know he has my back.
In short, I cannot recommend John’s service high enough, he has kept me sane and grounded, supporting my wife and I with empathy and respect.
He is a very capable , Kind and conscientious man.
Thank you John for your service. This country is better served with people such as yourself , keep on being how you are.
